Later today, the sailing focus will switch to Baddeck at the northern end of the lakes with the Bras d’Or Yacht Club Regatta Week. Today’s events include the Sail Past, followed by a Wine and Cheese Reception at the Yacht Club. A full week of racing begins tomorrow.

After the races, sailors and others can take in the many cultural events happening around the Bras d’Or Lakes. Be sure to check the event schedule for a full list of activities.
